These include milk and its associated products (cream, yoghurt, cheese, ice cream, and butter), juice / cordials / water as well as egg, beer, wine, fruit and vegetable puree's, soybean products, custards and sauces.

For example, we can supply equipment from milk collection, cooling and storage on farm or village, storage, to milk transport, factory milk reception, fresh milk process, butter process, cheese process, yoghurt process and ice cream process.

We offer a complete design and supply for those essential services items needed for a complete plant. Services such as boilers for steam or hot water, cooling systems such as water / glycol chillers, refrigerated product storage and cheese incubation rooms and factory ventilation systems.

We have a good range of agencies including separators, homogenisers, fillers, packaging and goods handling systems and so have access to top quality equipment to support this total plant concept.

Turnkey and Project Management

If needed we can assist with project management. Depending on want you, the client, requires we can complete an entire project as a turnkey project including project management.

If the project is a larger one where many subcontractors are involved then the project manager's role is a critical one. We have been involved in projects where the owners have project managed the various elements of the project, and these projects have had mixed results depending on the level of experience in project management the project owner has had.

By using experienced project managers you can get the project completed in a shorter time frame as well as get a great result and we would strongly recommend that an experienced project manager is appointed. Because of this, Thermaflo offer turn key projects that include project management as well a combination of partial plant supply including project management.

Design complete process plants to your requirements

As you can see we have a wide range of products so we are able to incorporate these into a complete process plant. We manufacture the process line in modules in our workshop in our workshop so we can easily install the equipment at your site.

Before we ship the complete plant, where possible, it is workshop commissioned in our test bay. We will then provide engineers to install, commission and train your staff. If needed we can also provide project management expertise as well as an experienced engineer for longer periods of time to oversee and manage your process once it is in operation.

At Thermaflo we take quality control very seriously. Each piece of equipment manufactured goes through a testing and quality control reporting in our workshop.

We also offer a service for designing your process environment, as you would be aware a hygienic food process is not only about the stainless steel plant but also about the environment it is located in. Often we are involved with projects where by the owners have already started or completed a building or are using an existing building and there has been no discussion with a process supplier.

The best outcomes regarding the building are to design the process and then fit the building around this and not the other way around. Due to this we would like to get involved with the building design as well, this will take into account the process that has to go into it, as well as things like drainage, floor, the services (eg boiler, chiller, ventilation, electrical, lighting etc), dry goods storage, finished good storage etc as well as the future factory expansions. By progressing the project in this way will save major costs in building construction.
