Thermaflo Container Plants

Thermaflo will design and build for you a self contained plant that is housed in a standard shipping container. The beauty of a container plant is that you do not require a building for the process plant, this is supplied with the plant fully set up inside the building, this will of course save you a significant amount of money as you do not have to build a factory.

Another big plus for the container plant is that because all the equipment is set up in the container installation on site is relatively quick and simple so you can get into milk processing sooner.

Thermaflo Mini Chill

The flexible system for chilling a small quantity of milk or other liquids. If you are milking a small number of cows, sheep or goats and want to maintain the quality of milk and maximise your return then this product is for you.

Each model comes with two specially designed Thermaflo Mini Chiller insulated plastic milk receptacles, a Thermaflo compressor system and a cooling cylinder. Minichill is available in a range of sizes to suit your needs.

Thermaflo Rapid Chill

This is a unique cooling system to solve both primary and / or secondary cooling problems. Rapidchill would normally run during processing and would suit smaller process plants or dairy farms.

This unit is compact and very easy to install as it comes pre-wired, already charged with refrigerant and has its own product plate heat exchanger.  Installation is therefore relatively easy, saving time and money on extra parts needed.

On Farm Milk Cooling and Transporting

We can cater for complete on farm or village raw milk collection and cooling systems for small or larger quantities of milk. Milk quality starts with the farmer, in order to achieve a high quality of raw milk it must be cooled straight away after harvesting to 4 deg C or less, if the milk is not cooled quickly, bacteria growth is rapid and the milk quality decreases sharply over time.

Thermaflo will design and fabricate a milk collection and cooling center to quickly cool your milk to preserve the quality.
